Saudi Arabia, UK discuss efforts to de-escalate tensions in region

Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defence of Saudi Arabia, had a phone conversation with UK Secretary of State for Defence John Healey, discussing regional and international developments, and efforts to reduce tensions in the region, and maintain international peace and security, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA). The two officials also expressed appreciation for the strong relationship between their countries, and emphasised the wish to boost cooperation in the defence sector. Source: Emirates News Agency
