SEC Reviews Qualitative Results of 10th Edition of ACRES

Sharjah: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, chaired a meeting at the Ruler's Office, where key governmental issues and strategic plans were discussed.

According to Emirates News Agency, the council reviewed the 10th edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2025), which reported substantial activity. The exhibition saw 2,505 transactions with a total deal value of AED4.4 billion. Over 110 real estate companies participated, drawing more than 15,000 visitors. The event featured over 30 speakers who conducted training workshops and awareness programmes.

The report highlighted the positive effects of the Executive Council's decision to cut sale and purchase fees by 50% during the exhibition. A statistical comparison with previous years was presented, showcasing growth and improved results.

The council also examined the participation guide for Sharjah Government's involvement in GITEX 2025. The exhibition will focus on innovations supporting digital transformation and future technological advancements. Key themes include digital government services, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.

Sharjah's participation in GITEX 2025 builds on its strong presence in previous years. The latest edition of the event drew over 28,000 visitors, engaged with more than 250 companies, showcased 18 government projects, and facilitated four cooperation agreements.
