US Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan on Thursday to discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues.
During a phone conversation, Blinken thanked Saudi Arabia for bringing together over 40 countries in Jeddah earlier this month to discuss the principles of a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, the State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a press release. "The Secretary and Foreign Minister resolved to continue to work together to end the devastating conflict in Sudan.
"They also committed to redouble efforts to secure a lasting peace in Yemen through a UN-mediated Yemeni-Yemeni peace process," Miller added
