HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, who is also the Governor of the State of Qatar to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), met on Monday with HE Head of the International Security Division in the State Secretariat of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation Gabriel Luchinger, on the sidelines of the IAEA General Conference, held in Vienna.
