Sharjah:The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) recently visited Badami Holding Group, a leading global distributor in automotive spare parts, to gain insights into the company's operations and future growth plans. This visit aimed to explore how SCCI's business services could support Badami Holding's expansion and strengthen its international market presence.
According to Emirates News Agency, the visit is part of SCCI's efforts to support the private sector by helping companies strengthen their competitiveness and expand into regional and international markets. The Chamber provides an integrated ecosystem of services to boost exports, create new partnerships, and enhance access to exhibitions and global economic events.
During the visit, SCCI's delegation, led by Director-General Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, was briefed on Badami Holding's business ecosystem and strategic plans. The company distribution center in Sharjah plays a crucial role in its global network, highlighting Sharjah‚ prominence as a commercial and logistics hub.
Asad Badami, CEO and Managing Director of Badami Holding Group, commended the Chamber's role in supporting businesses to enhance operations and expand internationally. He emphasized the importance of direct engagement between the Chamber and private-sector institutions to understand growth aspirations.
The Chamber's delegation presented its business support services and initiatives designed to help local companies scale operations and enter new markets. Ali Al Jari from the Sharjah Export Development Centre highlighted promotional programs targeting promising destinations for Badami Holding Group's expansion.
The visit also covered criteria for the Sharjah Excellence Award and discussed potential cooperation in workforce development through the Sharjah Training and Development Centre. The Chamber highlighted its readiness to host the company‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¾¢s events and activities with its facilities and support services.
The delegation toured Badami Holding's logistics centre, gaining insights into operations, supply chain management, and the product inspection division. The logistics center, including its subsidiary A-MAP, serves as the exclusive UAE distributor of ADNOC Voyager oils and lubricants outside ADNOC's official network.
