Sharjah: The Sharjah Police General Command, in collaboration with the Sharjah Social Services Department, organized an Elderly Forum at the Sharjah Old Cars Club. The event, conducted by the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre, aimed to collect insights and suggestions from elderly citizens to improve police services and honor their societal contributions.
According to Emirates News Agency, the forum was attended by key figures including Brigadier Dr. Jassim bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director-General of Operations and Security Support, and Brigadier Khalid Al Kay, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate and Traffic and Licensing Services Centre. Several officers and elderly community members were also present to engage in discussions.
Brigadier Dr. Jassim bin Hadda Al Suwaidi emphasized that the forum was part of Sharjah Police's ongoing efforts to foster community partnerships. He stressed the significance of involving elderly customers in the development of plans and ensuring that services are in line with their daily needs, in alignment with the leadership's focus on enhancing quality of life.
