Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree appointing the President of the Sharjah Courts of Appeal.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Decree stipulates that Judge Dr Saeed Ali Bahbouh Al Naqbi is appointed President of the Courts of Appeal. This appointment falls under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre and will take effect on January 1, 2026.
