Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued several Emiri Decrees approving the general organisational structures of municipalities in the cities of the Emirate of Sharjah.
According to Emirates News Agency, the decrees cover the municipalities of Dibba Al Hisn, Kalba, Al Dhaid, Al Madam, Mleiha, Al Bataeh, Al Hamriyah, and Khorfakkan. As per the decrees, the general organisational structures attached to these decrees are now adopted.
The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) will be responsible for issuing decisions related to the detailed organisational structures of the municipalities. This includes necessary measures for implementing the decrees, such as approving job descriptions for the duties of the municipalities' organisational units. Additionally, the SEC may create, merge, or abolish any organisational units within the departments listed in the general organisational structures.
