SPEA participates in Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival

SHARJAH: The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) has announced its participation in the 15th edition of the "Sharjah Children's Reading Festival," organised by the Sharjah Book Authority at Expo Centre Sharjah. Starting today and continuing until 12th May, the festival's theme, "Be the hero of your story," embodies SPEA's dedication to nurturing a love for reading among children. Ali Al Hosani, Director of SPEA, reiterated the authority's dedication to nurturing a passion for literature and culture among young minds. Through a curated selection of activities and workshops tailored to engage students from Sharjah's private schools, the festival aims to unleash their creativity and literary talents across different age groups. Al Hosani underscored the significance of collaboration between educational and cultural institutions in realising shared objectives. He highlighted SPEA's ambitious vision to empower students, cultivate their reading habits, and foster a culture of lifelong learning. This year 's festival theme encourages children to explore their creative potential through reading and writing, aligning with SPEA's mission of fostering a knowledge-based society built on strong educational and cultural foundations. By cultivating a rich and stimulating learning environment, SPEA endeavours to inspire children to discover, innovate, and contribute to Sharjah's vision of a vibrant and knowledgeable community.
