Doha: HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab met with HE Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa, Africa Department at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands Sanne Lowenhardt and her accompanying delegation.
