Abu dhabi: Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, attended a reception hosted by Zhang Yiming, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the UAE. The event celebrated China’s National Day and was held in the presence of several senior officials and high-ranking officers from the UAE Armed Forces. Heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions, along with Chinese business leaders and members of the Chinese community in the UAE, were also present.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Chinese Ambassador praised the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He highlighted China’s commitment to enhancing bilateral relations and exploring new opportunities for cooperation and joint initiatives with the UAE. The ambassador emphasized that diplomatic relations between the two countries are strengthening at all levels, with the UAE recognized as a strategic partner for China in the region.
