The Ministry of Labor signs a memorandum of understanding to establish the Libyan-German Center for Training and Professional Development.

Tripoli: The Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation of the Government of National Unity signed a memorandum of understanding with the German Foundation (GETS Unimarconi Germany) to establish the Libyan-German Center for Training, Professional Development and Skills Development, in the presence of Minister of Labor Ali Al-Abed. This cooperation aims to train and qualify job seekers and enhance their skills in line with the requirements of the labor market according to international standards, as this comes by benefiting from the German Foundation's experience in this field, and in direct coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation. The memorandum of understanding also includes, according to the Ministry of Labor, provisions for granting international accreditation for certificates and training courses provided by the center, in addition to accrediting the training centers affiliated with the ministry, and training trainers to ensure the provision of high-quality educational and training programs .
