Tacloban: Three people were killed and five injured in a school shooting in the Philippines, Philippine police said on Monday. The incident took place at the San Jose National High School in the city of Tacloban, located in Leyte province.
According to Emirates News Agency, the police reported that two suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting. The event occurred at approximately 9:00 am (0100 GMT) within the school premises in Barangay San Jose. The Tacloban City Police Office has stated that an investigation is ongoing to determine the circumstances behind the incident.
