Abu dhabi: TRENDS Dubai Office, part of the TRENDS Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Umm Al Quwain University to foster collaboration in research, strategic studies, training, and student empowerment. The agreement was formalized at Umm Al Quwain University by Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the TRENDS Dubai Office, and Dr. Hany Bakr Ganah, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the university.
According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership aims to enhance joint research in social, economic, and technological fields, alongside launching innovative initiatives, programs, and specialized courses. The collaboration is set to advance the exchange of academic expertise and organize joint scientific events such as seminars and workshops.
Ali Abdullah Al Ali emphasized that the agreement seeks to bolster scientific and research efforts, focusing on innovative solutions for societal development. He highlighted the MoU as a significant step in advancing knowledge production in social sciences and future studies, fostering cooperation to achieve common goals.
Dr. Hany Bakr Ganah noted that the MoU aims to improve the educational process and prepare students for the labor market by equipping them with essential skills. The initiative will involve students in research programs and specialized training, enhancing their creativity and innovation capabilities.
