TRENDS Research & Advisory to Join 2026 Moscow International Book Fair as Key Knowledge Partner

Abu dhabi: TRENDS Research and Advisory, part of the TRENDS Group, will make its inaugural appearance as a Knowledge Partner at the 39th edition of the Moscow International Book Fair in 2026. The event is scheduled to take place from September 2nd to 6th at the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Complex.

According to Emirates News Agency, TRENDS will showcase over 500 research publications, alongside a variety of scientific series, original and translated books, and studies addressing economic, political, social, and future-oriented topics. The organization plans to host more than four seminars and discussion sessions focusing on current international issues, while also introducing several new publications and studies. The program will include intellectual meetings and scientific discussions with experts, academics, researchers, and specialists.

TRENDS aims to sign multiple memoranda of understanding and strategic cooperation agreements with Russian academic institutions, think tanks, and institutes. Meetings and discussions with universities and research centers will be held to enhance existing cooperation and partnerships. Mohammed Alsalmi, General Manager of TRENDS Research and Advisory, emphasized that their participation signifies a pivotal moment in TRENDS' journey toward promoting scientific research for understanding change and developing future strategies.

Rawdha Al-Marzooqi, Researcher and Director of Distribution and Exhibitions at TRENDS, stated that participating in this international event strengthens TRENDS' status as a prominent and trusted intellectual institution. Warda Al Menhali, Head of the Organisation Communications Sector at TRENDS, announced plans for seminars and panel discussions, including topics like the future of publishing in the age of artificial intelligence and the potential for AI to replace human writers.

Saif AlNuaimi, Director of Partnerships at TRENDS-Dubai, highlighted the launch of several high-quality books and studies during the event. Additionally, TRENDS will announce findings from a research study conducted with the Valdai Discussion Club and will sign partnership agreements with Russian academic bodies, including the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies and the Institute of Oriental Studies. The organization seeks to expand cooperation with scientific and knowledge entities, fostering dialogue with Russian experts and researchers.
