BEIRUT: The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported today that two individuals have been killed and five others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Deir Seryan in southern Lebanon last night. The Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center clarified that the death toll from the airstrike, which targeted the outskirts of the Mahmoudiyeh area in the Nabatieh district, has risen to two. This follows the killing of an individual in his sixties, who was brought to Nabatieh Hospital in the aftermath of the strike and succumbed to his injuries.
