UAE Cyclists Gear Up for UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in Belgium

Abu dhabi: The National Paralympic Committee has revealed that athletes Ahmed Al Badwawi and Abdullah Al Balushi will represent the UAE at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in Belgium, scheduled from August 24 to September 1. The announcement underscores the country's commitment to promoting and supporting para-sports on a global stage. According to Emirates News Agency, the Secretary-General of the committee confirmed that a training camp in the Principality of Andorra is ongoing and will continue until August 23. This training session is part of a series, following a previous camp held in Spain from July 15 to August 1. These camps are designed to enhance the athletes' performance and readiness for the upcoming championship, under the guidance of coach Mohammed Al Marwi.
