Dateline: Doha: The Parliamentary Group of the Federal National Council (FNC) took part in the meeting of the Standing Committee on Budget and Planning of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA), hosted by Qatar's Shura Council from 4th to 7th November in Doha. According to Emirates News Agency, Dr. Nidal Al Tunaiji, a member of the group, presented the UAE Parliamentary Group's perspective on the draft resolution concerning planning and budgeting for the APA, focusing on subscriptions, evaluation of programmes, projects, and expenditures. The event will see participation from over 120 parliamentarians, representing more than 40 APA member states. The committee's agenda includes discussions on planning the APA's budget and reviewing reports related to the committee's activities and recent developments.
