Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory message to Afioga Tuimalealiifano Vaaletoa Sualauvi II, President of the Independent State of Samoa, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day. His Highness expressed his best wishes for the continued prosperity and progress of Samoa.
According to Emirates News Agency, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, along with His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also dispatched similar messages. They extended their congratulations to both the President of Samoa and Fiame Naomi Mataafa, the Prime Minister of Samoa, on this significant occasion.
These gestures of goodwill from the UAE leaders highlight the cordial relations between the United Arab Emirates and Samoa, as both nations celebrate this important day in Samoan history.
