UAE participates in ACAO’s 69th Executive Council meeting in Rabat

RABAT: A high-level UAE delegation participated in the 69th Executive Council meeting of the Arab Civil Aviation Organisation (ACAO), held in Moroccan capital Rabat, from 1st to 2nd July. Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), led the UAE delegation to the two-day meeting, which discussed a number of administrative and financial issues. The meeting precedes the ACAO's regular General Assembly. The Executive Council's agenda included key items, such as following up the recommendations and resolutions issued by the 68th meeting of the Council, reviewing ACAO director-general's report, and approval of recommendations of the ACAO's technical committees for air transport; air navigation; air safety; aviation security and the environment.
