Abu dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today received His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting focused on a range of national issues, emphasizing the UAE's priorities and objectives. Key discussions revolved around placing people at the center of development initiatives and reinforcing the foundations of sustainability within the nation.
The leaders also deliberated on strategies to enhance the UAE's global competitiveness across various key sectors, aligning with the country's vision to foster a prosperous, advanced, and sustainable future. The gathering was attended by several prominent figures, including H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region; and H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, among others. These attendees, along with a number of ministers, senior officials, and guests, contributed to the discussions on the UAE's future trajectory.
