Abu Dhabi:UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, welcomed the flydubai crew involved in the in-flight incident that occurred on 30 September.
According to Wam, the leaders praised the bravery and professionalism of the crew in ensuring the safety of passengers and securing the aircraft. They emphasized that the safety and security of people remain a top priority for the UAE.
The meeting was attended by several dignitaries, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE; H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE; and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, among others. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, was also present, along with a number of sheikhs, senior officials, and guests.
