SINGAPORE: The "Future Leaders Empowerment Programme" launched its latest edition with the participation of youth representing the UAE and other countries. Designed to empower the next generation with vital leadership skills, the two-week programme focuses on enhancing self-confidence, fostering essential leadership qualities such as effective dialogue and resilience, and equipping participants with the knowledge necessary to pursue their ambitions. Held in Singapore, the programme's first week is dedicated to technology and innovation, including visits to Singaporean institutions and academies. Participants will explore topics like the green economy, sustainable living, computing and exploration. During the second week, participants will explore leadership and business skills by visiting Singaporean factories, institutions, and businesses. They will engage in lectures and practical sessions aimed at refining personal leadership capabilities and understanding leadership's societal impact. The programme al so emphasises exchanging ideas, teamwork, and values enhancement, preparing young leaders to meet global standards while fostering a sense of belonging and promoting self-reliance.
