Abu dhabi: Umm Al Emarat Park in Abu Dhabi is set to celebrate Eid Al Fitr with its ‘Eid at the Park’ programme, offering a variety of family-oriented activities and entertainment. The programme aims to provide engaging experiences for visitors of all ages during the festive period.
According to Emirates News Agency, the ‘Eid at the Park’ programme will feature interactive games, arts and crafts workshops, and a gaming zone. Live performances, including hula hoop and bubble shows, as well as roaming mascots, are also scheduled to entertain guests. The park will host reading sessions to inspire younger visitors through storytelling and shared moments of learning.
Visitors will have the opportunity to engage in the Park’s daily Falcon Interaction, a cultural attraction that showcases the tradition of falconry. The park offers film screenings, including Emirati films, and outdoor activities in the adventure zone, featuring kite flying and water-based play.
The Animal Barn will provide families with close encounters with friendly animals in an interactive setting. Guests can participate in feeding sessions, take pony and camel rides, capture photos, and engage with animal keepers to learn more about the animals and their care.
During Friday and Saturday, the Park Market will be open, featuring over 60 local vendors. Visitors can explore a diverse selection of sweets, savory bites, and handmade products, among others.
