New york: Thousands of women are facing life-threatening health risks in the Gaza Strip, where more than 41,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israel's genocide, said UN Women. The UN body said in a report on Sunday that more than 85 percent of health facilities have been damaged, disrupting medical services and making it challenging for women to access essential health care. The report also underscored the urgent needs for women such as cancer treatment, maternal health services and psychological support.
