Weather: Partially cloudy skies, slight chance of scattered rain

Weather today is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy and cold, with a chance of light scattered showers in some areas until noon. according to the Palestine Meteorological Department (PMD). Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly, lighy to moderate. Sea waves are low. A rise in temperature is expected on Wednesday and also on Thursday and Friday said the PMD.
