ADIPEC 2025 Concludes with Record US$46 Billion in Deals and Sets Future Energy Agenda

Abu dhabi: ADIPEC 2025 closed today, setting a bold agenda for the future of global energy and delivering a remarkable US$46 billion through 35,000 cross-sector deals. The event attracted a record 239,709 attendees, marking a 17% increase from 2024. It significantly contributed to Abu Dhabi's economy, generating an estimated US$400 million in benefits, particularly impacting the hospitality, tourism, and transport sectors.

According to Emirates News Agency, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and ADNOC Managing Director and Group CEO, emphasized the necessity of US$4 trillion investments in all energy sources. He urged industry leaders, policymakers, and investors to enhance job creation, economic growth, and global competitiveness through pragmatic policies and bold partnerships.

Abdulmunim Al Kindy, Chairman of ADIPEC 2025, highlighted ADIPEC's role as a global platform that unites the energy ecosystem to advance practical, data-driven solutions that deliver jobs, growth, competitiveness, and intelligence. The event's record participation and partnerships reinforced ADIPEC's key role in shaping a more secure energy future.

The event convened the full energy ecosystem, from international energy companies to technology leaders, financiers, and policymakers, solidifying its status as one of the world's most impactful and commercially successful energy gatherings. Doug Burgum, Secretary of the Interior and Chairman of the National Energy Dominance Council, USA, underscored the critical intersection of innovation, national security, and prosperity in his opening ceremony address.

ADIPEC's flagship agendas, the Strategic Conference and the Technical Conference, featured 12 programs, over 380 sessions, and more than 1,800 speakers, including ministers, policymakers, and industry executives. Participation included 54 leading energy companies such as ADNOC, Aramco, ExxonMobil, and others.

Christopher Hudson, President of dmg events, the organizer of ADIPEC, noted the extraordinary achievements of ADIPEC 2025, from record deals to the scale of participation and innovation displayed. Over four days, numerous conversations transformed into partnerships, projects, and investments shaping the global energy future.

Hosted by ADNOC under the theme 'Energy. Intelligence. Impact.', ADIPEC 2025 championed energy addition, delivering more energy from more sources with lower carbon intensity to meet rising global demand. The event also underscored the UAE's role as a global hub for energy, partnerships, and innovation, with participation from 172 countries.

Ministers, energy leaders, and investors engaged in discussions on energy security, market stability, and investment frameworks, exploring inclusive financing models and cross-sector partnerships to mobilize capital for future-ready energy infrastructure. The ADIPEC Finance and Investment Programme highlighted strategic capital deployment and policy innovation to accelerate system-wide transformation.

The Technical Conference, marking its largest edition with 203 sessions and 1,420 speakers, showcased how applied engineering and technology are driving energy progress. ADIPEC's role as an enabler of integrated solutions for energy and AI was evident, featuring participation from digital and AI pioneers.

ADIPEC will return to Abu Dhabi from 2-5 November 2026, continuing its mission to unite the global energy sector and drive transformation for a secure, inclusive, and sustainable future.
