Dubai: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting a total revenue of AED2.586 billion and EBITDA of AED1.169 billion. During the first nine months of 2025, Empower's revenue and EBITDA grew by 5.5% and 4.0%, respectively.
According to Emirates News Agency, the company also reported a pre-tax net profit of AED757 million for the nine months, marking 5.3% growth compared to the same period last year. Empower attributed its strong financial and profit growth during this period to the substantial increase in demand for its services across Dubai. This surge was driven by the real-estate sector and an increasing number of new development projects in the emirate. Consequently, this contributed to the expansion of Empower's operations and the broader adoption of its district cooling solutions.
