According to Emirates News Agency, BEEAH, with its legacy of sustainability milestones, is integrating proven operational methods with future technologies to offer a wide range of facilities management services. These include planned preventative maintenance, smart computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) platforms, digitally enabled security infrastructure, specialized cleaning, and advanced environmental management.
Fahad Shehail, CEO of Environment at BEEAH, stated that their facilities management services are strategically positioned to address the region's pressing challenges, which demand resilient and climate-smart solutions. Each service has been refined through BEEAH's extensive experience in city-scale waste management, community infrastructure optimization, and advanced recycling facility operations. This new service line aims to add value to partner cities, complementing the legacy of their waste collection and city cleaning arm, Tandeef by BEEAH.
BEEAH's services are end-to-end and modular, allowing partners to customize solutions for their facilities or developments across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors. These services are structured into five categories: hard services, soft services, security, CAFM and helpdesk, and environmental management.
