Dubai Chamber of Commerce Achieves Record-Breaking Exports in 2025

Dubai: Dubai Chamber of Commerce, an integral component of Dubai Chambers, announced a record-breaking annual value for its members' exports and re-exports in 2025, achieving AED356.5 billion. This represents a significant increase of 15.1 percent compared to the AED309.6 billion recorded in the previous year, 2024.

According to Emirates News Agency, this achievement builds on the milestone reached in 2024, when members' exports and re-exports surpassed AED300 billion for the first time. The continuous growth underscores the robustness of Dubai's business landscape as it adeptly navigates global trade fluctuations and expands into diverse export markets.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, highlighted the significance of this achievement, stating that it marks a historic milestone in Dubai Chambers' growth journey. He emphasized the global confidence in Dubai's economic ecosystem and the resilience of its business community. Under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai continues setting economic benchmarks by fostering a supportive business environment and strengthening international partnerships, aligning with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

The chamber saw a rise in active membership, with 71,830 new companies joining in 2025, bringing the total to 292,486 by year's end, an increase from 258,318 in 2024, marking a 13.2 percent growth. Additionally, the chamber issued 852,184 certificates of origin, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 7.7 percent. It also processed 5,960 ATA Carnets, valued at AED5.6 billion, a rise in both number and value.

Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, remarked on Dubai's position as a global economic hub, attributing the steady progress to the emirate's competitive advantages and dynamic investment ecosystem. He reiterated the commitment to fostering a favorable business environment and forming strategic partnerships to advance the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33.

In 2025, the chamber supported the global expansion of 130 local companies, a 14 percent increase from 2024. It also reviewed 54 laws and draft laws in collaboration with Business Groups, achieving a 60 percent adoption rate for recommendations. The chamber held numerous meetings with Business Groups and Councils and coordinated interactions with government entities.

The chamber established five new Business Councils to represent investors from various countries and launched the Dubai Delivery Business Group to support delivery companies in Dubai. It handled 201 mediation cases, up from 171 in 2024, with a significant portion successfully settled.

The chamber organized 40 legal awareness workshops, attended by 2,611 company representatives, to enhance compliance and best practices. The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses launched advisory services and issued a guide for family business advisers, supporting the sector's future readiness.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce also continued its 'Sustainability 365' initiative, promoting responsible business practices year-round. In 2025, it awarded the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Label to 50 companies for their commitment to sustainability, reinforcing good governance and societal contributions.
