Emaar and DWTC Launch Terra Gardens at Expo City Dubai

Dubai: Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have furthered their joint venture with the introduction of Terra Gardens at Expo City Dubai. This new launch builds on the successful debut of Expo Living, the master-planned community that is part of Dubai's long-term urban vision.

According to Emirates News Agency, the introduction of Terra Gardens follows the momentum of the first phase, Terra Heights, and marks a significant step in developing a vibrant, contemporary lifestyle destination. Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living is envisioned as an integrated community that combines residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial elements with curated public spaces and amenities. The latest residential masterplan features five residential communities comprising a total of 3,555 units.

Terra Gardens, the newest community to launch, offers 560 units, with future launches anticipated. The community features a central park, outdoor jogging track, cinema, and workout stations, including padel and volleyball courts. Located adjacent to Expo Mall, a retail, dining, and leisure hub, Terra Gardens allows residents to live, work, and connect within a unified urban environment.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Executive Director of Emaar Properties, stated that the launch of Terra Gardens is a step towards realizing the vision of Expo Living as a dynamic, sustainable, and connected community. He emphasized Emaar's commitment to creating vibrant neighborhoods that blend modern living with access to nature, leisure, and cultural experiences. Terra Gardens offers residents a thoughtfully designed environment where they can live, work, and thrive within the heart of Expo City Dubai.

Designed to enhance everyday living, Terra Gardens features a network of outdoor, wellness, and leisure spaces, including landscaped courtyards, shaded walkways, green parks, and fitness facilities. These amenities are complemented by jogging tracks, yoga and meditation zones, sports courts, children's play areas, and a pet park. This environment fosters relaxation, recreation, and social connection, with Expo City Dubai's cultural, leisure, and entertainment offerings just minutes away.

Amer Al Farsi, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Dubai World Trade Centre, highlighted the joint venture's ambition and vision with the integration of Terra Gardens into the Expo Living masterplan. He noted that this milestone is an important step towards shaping the future of Expo City Dubai, creating a community where residents can live, connect, and thrive. By combining residential, retail, and commercial offerings, the development aims to set a new benchmark for connected, modern, and people-centric urban living.
