KUWAIT: His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, today issued an Amiri Order appointing Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al Salem Al Sabah as Prime Minister.
