Ajman: Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Ajman Executive Council, has launched the 'Media Competencies' programme, aiming to enhance the capabilities of media professionals within government and semi-government entities in the emirate. This initiative is designed to ensure that these professionals can adapt to the fast-paced changes in the modern communications sector.
According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar emphasized the importance of building media capacities as a key element in advancing the Ajman Government's progress and solidifying its national presence. He highlighted that modern media now plays a crucial role in delivering institutional messages with clarity and professionalism.
He stated that Ajman is focused on creating a comprehensive media system that is knowledgeable, skilled, and prepared to keep up with the rapid developments in communication both locally and internationally. The programme aligns with the leadership's vision of investing in human resources and preparing national talent capable of effectively representing the emirate across various media platforms.
Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar outlined that the programme's objectives include enabling media professionals, official spokespersons, and corporate communication teams to develop their skills in crafting impactful messages, managing strategic situations, and engaging professionally with both traditional and digital media, ultimately enhancing Ajman's presence and supporting its goals.
