Sharjah:The 22nd International Education Show is set to commence on Sunday at the Expo Centre Sharjah, bringing together institutions from over 20 global study destinations.
According to Emirates News Agency, the exhibition, which runs until October 13th, allows students and parents to explore a variety of university programs, academic disciplines, and higher education pathways tailored to their interests and career goals.
Organized by Expo Centre Sharjah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), the event is in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Sharjah Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research. The exhibition aims to enhance cooperation among educational stakeholders and promote direct interaction between academic institutions and prospective students.
Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, emphasized the event's role as a platform for connecting students with educational institutions, aiding them in making informed decisions about their academic futures. He noted the exhibition's effectiveness in facilitating communication and knowledge exchange, providing details on academic programs, specializations, and admission requirements.
Al Midfa also mentioned that participating institutions will have the chance to showcase their offerings, engage with attendees, and answer inquiries on study options. The event will introduce visitors to various educational systems and cultures, with universities and colleges offering insights into academic disciplines, admission criteria, and scholarships.
Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives from educational institutions to discuss their options and find programs that align with their interests and career aspirations.
