Tripoli: The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Acting Head of UNSMIL, Stephanie Koury, met yesterday in Benghazi with members of the Libyan Association for Political Science. "They outlined the deep-rooted causes of Libya's protracted crisis and the need for unified institutions, rule of law, transparency, and good governance to address citizens' pressing needs," UNSMIL said in a tweet.
