Abu dhabi: Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, and Mohamad Ould Soueydatt, Minister of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, along with their accompanying delegation, engaged in discussions to enhance bilateral legal and judicial cooperation.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting took place at Al Nuaimi's office at the Ministry's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, where both parties shared insights on mutual interests to strengthen partnership and international cooperation between the two nations.
The delegation was introduced to the advanced digital initiatives implemented within the federal judicial system, including remote litigation mechanisms, electronic case management platforms, and smart services aimed at improving customer experience.
The Mauritanian Minister acknowledged the UAE's advancements in technology and legislation, highlighting the importance of collaboration to promote digital transformation in judicial institutions. The meeting was also attended by several senior officials.
