Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets President of High Council of State of Libya

Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met with HE President of the High Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohammed Muftah Takala, during his visit to the country.
