According to Emirates News Agency, Sana bint Mohammed Suhail emphasized the vital role mothers play in shaping individuals and instilling values such as belonging, responsibility, and generosity. She stated that Mother’s Day, observed annually on March 21st, is a time to acknowledge the quiet yet essential contributions mothers make in raising generations committed to upholding values and advancing the nation’s development with confidence and faith.



She further highlighted that the UAE has consistently prioritized the support and empowerment of mothers through an integrated framework of policies, legislation, and initiatives. These efforts aim to strengthen mothers’ roles in society while enabling them to balance family duties and actively contribute to the country’s development.



Sana Suhail also praised the influential role of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, known as the ‘Mother of the Nation.’ As Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, Sheikha Fatima’s vision and efforts have greatly advanced mothers’ status in society, promoted women’s empowerment, and enhanced family stability.
