U.S. Special Envoy Ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, commended the briefing of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, to the UN Security Council.
"The briefing identified the key obstacles to defining a credible roadm ANI to parliamentary and presidential elections," Norland said in a tweet.
Norland reaffirmed U.S. support for Bathily's efforts to bring Libyans together to overcome those obstacles.
