The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) reiterated its call to revoke all "illegal" measures taken since 2019 to change Jammu and Kashmir demographic structure.
In a statement, OIC expressed concern over the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, four years after India unilaterally altered the internationally-recognized status of the disputed over territory.
The OIC noted the decisions and resolutions of the Islamic Summit and the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers on Jammu and Kashmir, calling for immediate action to stop human rights violations in the region.
The Organization renewed its call on the international community to resolve the issue of in accordance to relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
