OPEC Chief congratulates Kuwait Crown Prince on assuming post

Secretary General of OPEC Haitham Al-Ghais congratulated on Monday His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on being appointed as Crown Prince by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In a statement to KUNA, Al-Ghais also conveyed congratulations from members of OPEC.
