According to Oman News Agency, the meeting addressed ongoing efforts to de-escalate tensions and explored avenues to bolster the political process. Both ministers emphasized the need for a comprehensive and enduring resolution that addresses the underlying causes of the conflict. Such a settlement, they concurred, must safeguard Yemen's autonomy, stability, and security, while also accommodating the aspirations of the Yemeni people and upholding the vital national security interests of neighboring states and the wider region.
