According to Emirates News Agency, the Cheval Blanc maison will feature a collection of suites and private villas, designed with Cheval Blanc's distinctive style of contemporary and serene luxury. The estate will offer a limited number of branded beachfront residences and estate plots, each with private beach access, allowing residents to live in harmony with nature and design.
Naa Island Dubai is strategically located just off Jumeirah's coastline and is seamlessly connected to Dubai's main roadways. The resort masterplan emphasizes open green spaces and coastal terrain, ensuring low-lying architecture that provides unobstructed views of Dubai's iconic landmarks, framed by the open sea. The design aims to offer ultimate exclusivity, privacy, and natural beauty to its residents and guests.
The island's amenities are designed to foster a connection with nature, providing a strong sense of place. These include dining experiences, spa and wellness offerings, and a private marina, each element thoughtfully integrated to harmonize with the island's natural rhythm.
