UAE Instilled Humanity as Universal Language: Abdulla Al Hamed

Abu dhabi: Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the UAE National Media Office and Chairman of the UAE Media Council, emphasized that World Humanitarian Day serves as a reminder of the foundational values imparted by the UAE's Founding Fathers. He highlighted that these values have ingrained a spirit of giving and solidarity among the nation's people, establishing humanity as a borderless path. He noted that acts of giving are considered the highest form of loyalty to the UAE's authentic values.

According to Emirates News Agency, Al Hamed remarked on the occasion of World Humanitarian Day, observed annually on 19th August, that under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE continues to embrace this approach. The nation uses humanitarian work as a universal language to convey its message and fulfill its civilisational role, while also contributing to building the future.

Al Hamed stated that the UAE is recognized globally for offering hope during crises and support during hardships. The country's ability to transform humanitarian initiatives into projects that achieve development and stability further solidifies its reputation.

He further elaborated that the UAE's humanitarian approach is distinguished by its depth and comprehensiveness, extending beyond emergency response to include education, healthcare, and sustainable development as means to shape a better future for nations.

Al Hamed concluded by reaffirming the UAE's commitment to its established values and its dedication to strengthening humanitarian partnerships worldwide. He expressed confidence that extending a helping hand is the highest investment in the future of humanity.
