UAE to Compete in Opening Round of Aquabike World Championship in Indonesia

Abu dhabi: Emirati champion Rashid Al Mulla, from Team Abu Dhabi of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, will take part in the opening round of the Aquabike World Championship - Freestyle category, set to be held on Lake Toba, Indonesia, from 15th to 17th August. Al Mulla is set to showcase his skills among the world's top athletes in this competitive event. According to Emirates News Agency, Al Mulla has an impressive track record, having claimed the world title six times in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. His consistent performance has established him as a leading figure in the sport. Al Mulla's performance on Lake Toba last year was remarkable, where he achieved a perfect score of 147 points in the final round. This outstanding result further solidified his status as a top competitor in the Aquabike World Championship.
