Dubai: The UAE's Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office, alongside UiPath, a global leader in agentic automation, has announced the launch of Automation Cloud integrated into Microsoft Azure, marking a significant expansion of its global footprint.
According to Emirates News Agency, this strategic move will allow both private and public sector organisations in the UAE to align their infrastructure, applications, and data with local data residency regulations as they advance their adoption of Agentic AI. The UAE, under its National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, has positioned itself as one of the most proactive markets for AI and automation globally, aiming to become a leader in AI.
