RAMALLAH: Weather in Palestine today is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy with a rise in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department. A chance of scattered rain is expected in some areas. Wind is southwesterly to westerly, moderate, active at times. Sea waves arl On Wednesday, weather is expected to be partly cloudy to clear and relatively cold, especially over the mountainous areas, as another rise in temperatures is expected. Thursday's and Friday's weather is expected to be partially cloudy to clear. Temperature is set to rise and become higher than its annual average. The PMD warned citizens against floods in valleys and low areas, strong wind, slippery roads, and low horizontal visibility. This came on the sideline of the meeting of African Union High Level Committee on Libya, in Brazzaville yesterday. According to a statement by the Algerian Government, Bathily expressed his appreciation for the Algerian President's commitment to supporting the path of national reconciliation in Libya, stressing the need for the Libyan parties to benefit from the Algerian experience in this area, to find appropriate formulas to end the Libyan crisis.
