Zelensky Says Ukraine to Create Buffer Zone in Russia’s Kursk Region

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that his country's military is seeking to create a buffer zone in the Russian region of Kursk. Ukrainian's operation in the Kursk region is still inflicting losses on the Russian army, Zelensky added. Ukrainian Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk announced on Sunday that the Air Force had destroyed another strategic bridge over the Seym River in Russia's Kursk region, limiting the supply capacity of Russian forces opposing the Ukrainian advance. Ukrainian forces continue to deprive the Russian army of logistical capabilities with precision airstrikes, which significantly affects the course of hostilities, Oleshchuk said on the Telegram.
