Museum of the Future Launches ‘Future Perfects’ Campaign to Revolutionize Talent Recruitment

Dubai:The Museum of the Future has introduced an innovative recruitment campaign known as "Future Perfects," which aims to redefine talent discovery by emphasizing human skills over traditional academic qualifications. This initiative is designed to recruit staff for a new visitor experience set to launch in 2027.

According to Wam, the campaign, which began on October 21st, has already attracted significant attention, with 20,000 job applications and 42,000 website visits within the first 48 hours. The campaign reflects a growing global trend to rethink professional competency evaluations, as highlighted in recent reports by organizations such as the OECD and Harvard Business School.

The Museum of the Future, having welcomed over five million visitors from more than 180 nationalities since its opening in 2022, seeks candidates with diverse professional backgrounds. The recruitment process focuses on essential skills such as communication, storytelling, and problem-solving, rather than prior museum or customer service experience.

The selection process involves recorded auditions, in-person assessments based on real visitor scenarios, and final auditions before experts. The campaign also extends to public interactive platforms at Virgin Megastore, Roxy Cinemas, and Dubai Design Week.

Azza Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi, the museum's Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the need to look beyond traditional qualifications to find individuals capable of creating meaningful experiences. The "Future Perfects" campaign aligns with the UAE's and Dubai's emphasis on investing in human potential and innovation.

Successful candidates will join the visitor experience team in full-time roles, receiving specialized training to prepare them for the 2027 launch. Applications remain open until November 8, 2026, through the official campaign website, Futureperfects.ae.
