The company reported a significant 79% increase in net profit, amounting to AED 216.82 million, attributed to a 90% rise in the number of units sold, bolstered by successful new asset launches and ongoing construction at its flagship destination, Mina.
According to Emirates News Agency, RAK Properties' growth during the first nine months of 2025 is supported by a strong balance sheet and a business model designed to connect global partners with premier real estate opportunities in the UAE. As Ras Al Khaimah evolves into a key investment and lifestyle hub, RAK Properties plays a pivotal role in the Emirate's ambitious economic plans aligned with RAK Vision 2030.
The company reported revenues of AED 1,165.50 million by the end of Q3 2025, with net profits rising to AED 216.82 million from AED 121.41 million in the previous year. The figures show a total of 1,214 units sold, up from 640 units in the same period last year, with sales value reaching AED 2,006 million, indicating strong demand and traction across its portfolio.
RAK Properties' operating profit increased to AED 278.46 million, up from AED 191.64 million last year. The company also recorded a 39% rise in EBITDA, reaching AED 331.11 million in Q3, reflecting positive cash flow and strong project foundations.
The financial results affirm RAK Properties' robust growth and expansion strategy. The company's balance sheet showed a 6% increase in total assets, reaching AED 8,495 million, supporting a 4.2% rise in capital and reserves to AED 5,758 million. Total equity and liabilities also stood at AED 8,495 million, marking a 6% increase.
Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Zaabi, Chairman of RAK Properties, commented on the results, highlighting the company's strategic vision and successful project execution. He noted the positive outcomes in unit sales and the increasing sales backlog as evidence of the company's effective community development strategy.
